In order for our website to function correctly, when our website is accessed, a range of technical data is logged. When you contact us, we process the personal data you provide in order to clarify your request, in particular your name, email address, and the matter you have raised, as well as the IP address and the time of contact, for the prevention and potential investigation of misuse. The processing of the listed personal data is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest to respond to contacts, pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
The personal data provided by you are treated confidentially by us. They are used exclusively to process your request, and are not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary in individual cases due to the nature of your request. The personal data are deleted after your request has been conclusively clarified or upon objection by you. In case of a lack of response, we keep your data on file for 1 year in order to follow up on your request. The logged IP address and the time of contact are deleted after seven days. The deletion periods presented here apply only insofar as no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
